• Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant
  

  Perform all duties normally expected of an physical therapist or therapy assistant in their professional capacity, including communicating with referring physicians; maintaining proper patient records, evaluations, and progress notes; and other functions required by Management. Employees will be expected to abide by all operating policies of the clinic.

• Rehab Aide
  

  Perform all duties under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including helping with exercises and various modalities, set and clean up of treatment areas, ensure that all supplies and equipment are available, and distribute home exercise program handouts. Employees will be expected to abide by all operating policies of the clinic.

• Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
  

  Perform all duties normally expected of an occupational therapist or COTA in their professional capacity, including communicating with referring physicians; maintaining proper patient records, evaluations, and progress notes; and other functions required by Management. Employees will be expected to abide by all operating policies of the clinic.
