Carol has been a physical therapist for over 18 years and is the founder of Results Physical & Occupational Therapy. She graduated from Daemen College in 1987 with a B.S, in physical therapy, and from San Marcos State University in 1990 with a master's degree in interdisciplinary studies, minoring in healthcare administration. She served as a physical therapist in the Army for four years; then spent seven years working in various rehab facilities and home health agencies, treating children and adults. In 1998, she established her own practice, specializing in older adult exercise programs, manual therapy and pediatrics. She expanded her practice to the Greater Bangor and Dexter areas in 2006.

Terra joined the clinic in March of 2006 as a receptionist for Horse Gait Stables. Terra has grown with the business. Once closing Horse Gait Stables Terra transferred to the Bangor office. Terra was promoted to Division 1 Department Head and then again to VPA shortly after. Terra is responsible for the hiring and training of all administrative staff and all of the entry and graphing of the statistics tracked by RESULTS. In 2009, Terra acquired the income manager's postion. She is now responsible for billing at both facilities.

Gunner graduated from Thomas College in 2008 with a BS in Marketing Management and a Masters of Business Administration.
Originally from Bucksport, Gunner played football and ran track (both indoor and outdoor) in high school. Gunner played lacrosse while attending Thomas. He continues to play football in a semi-pro league here in Maine and enjoys doing so.

Carrie graduated from Husson College in 2004 with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She stays involved with Husson by serving on the Advisory Board and being a fieldwork supervisor for OT students. Carrie first joined Results in 2004 and is returning now after 2 years in a school system. Her primary area of expertise is pediatrics. She enjoys providing services for all levels of pediatric patients and is excited about treating some adult patients as well.

Scott received an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Kennebec Valley Community College. Along with his degree he received the MHRT/C which gives him the qualifications to work in the mental health community. Scott has fieldwork experience in various areas of physical disabilities, mental health and pediatrics. Scott has great compassion for people and enjoys working with and helping people of all ages.

Shirley graduated from Boston University, Sargent College with a BSPT. She has been licensed 42 years with a total of 32 years in practice. Most of her previous experience has been in the field of orthopedics and geriatrics. She is experienced in Muscle Energy Techniques, Craniosacral Therapy, and one of the few therapists in the area that is trained in Functional Capacity Evaluations. |

Karen graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Physical Therapy in 1977. After working in hospitals and home health for 5 years, she moved to Maine and has worked with pediatrics ever since. She now has over 25 years of experience working with young children with special needs. Karen has worked in many pediatric settings, to include; school departments, UCP (United Cerebral Palsy), and most recently in 2006 she opened My Gym Children’s Fitness Center. |

Jen graduated from Kennebec Valley Community College with an Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. She has over ten years clinical experiance in outpatient Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Rehabilitation, as well as Home Health care settings. Jen enjoys promoting overall health gains and improved strength levels in patients of all ages by utilizing manual therapy and personal home exercise programs.

Robert received his education at the International Academy for Physiotherapy in Utrecht, The Netherlands, his home country.
Robert continues to seek adventure in the outdoors and has taken up competitive cross country skiing. He is currently working with a wide variety of patients - all ages and pathology - and with a change to practice what he calls "real" therapy.

Nicole is a graduate of the University of New England with a BS in Exercise Science. In the process of moving into the rehab aide/patient rep position, Nicole is looking to gain experience before attending graduate school for a degree in physical therapy and practicing as a licensed PT.
Nicole participated and was captain of the University of New England field hockey team. She knows how to be a team player, never gives up, and is very good at what she sets her mind to. |

Barbara graduated from Kennebec Valley Community College in 2005 with her Associates Degree in applied science as a PTA. She has one year experience at Stillwater Rehab Healthcare. She then joined Results and has been here since 2006. "My past experience was working at a Shoe Factory for 21 years! After the closing of the factory I had the opportunity to change my career field and chose physical therapy. I truly am glad I made that choice. Working with all ages of the population is very rewarding, when I make a difference in their lives by helping them with activities of daily living and decreasing their pain." |

Michelle graduated from Becker College and has over 15 years of experience as a PTA. She has worked in many different settings in Maine and North Carolina from acute inpatient, sub-acute rehab, nursing homes and outpaitient therapy.
She has also managed several departments and helped start many different programs. Her specialties include aquatics, geriatrics, manual therapy and wound care.

Sandra is a graduate from Rhode Island but spent most of her years attending Dexter schools. Sandra spent 20 years working with children and is qualified as a Behavioral Specialist I. She is a member of Maine Roads to Quality and received a Child Development Associates Degree from Washington D.C. She joined Results Physical Therapy in January of 2008 as a receptionist. Sandra is happy changing her career at this point in her life, and she enjoys welcoming patients in Dexter with a warm and friendly smile. |
